The HWW Movement Gospel

  • Treat your body like the complex, high-performance machine that it is. Put it through its paces regularly; it can more than handle it. In fact, it will soon begin to crave it.

  • Start with an appropriate level of activity (for your age and fitness level) and then slowly ramp it up — in frequency, duration and intensity — as you get stronger.

  • Find something — a sport or activity — you like and do it. a lot.

  • Develop a high body IQ. Become knowledgeable about your body and how it works. Body awareness increases results exponentially.

  • Track your progress so you have proof of how far you've come.

  • Engage in activities that build lean muscle mass and burn fat.

  • Be an athlete.
